At Baltistan Treasures, we are committed to delivering the freshest and most authentic organic products from the mountains of Gilgit-Baltistan directly to your doorstep.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or extreme weather conditions in the Northern Areas, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship all across Pakistan using reliable courier services (e.g., pakistan post , Leopards, speedex).

  • Delivery Time: Usually 4-7 business days (depending on your city).

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Free Shipping on orders above [Rs.3000].

3. Shipment from Skardu/Regional Hubs

Most of our premium products like Salajeet, Organic Apricots, and Oils are shipped directly from our warehouse in Skardu (Hargissa Shaqthang).

  • Due to the remote nature of the region and potential flight/road closures (Karakoram Highway), delivery may occasionally take longer than expected. We appreciate your patience in bringing you the best of nature.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation message/email once your order has shipped containing your tracking numbers. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery services throughout Pakistan for your convenience and trust. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the parcel and make the payment.

6. Damages

Baltistan Treasures is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
