Refund & Return Policy - Baltistan Treasures

At Baltistan Treasures, we take pride in the quality and purity of our organic mountain products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unused, in its original packaging, and with all seals intact (especially for Salajeet and Oils).

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

  • Return Address: Bilafon Warehouse, Hargissa Shaqthang, Skardu, Baltistan.

  • Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues (Quality Guarantee)

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong product (e.g., wrong weight or different fruit), contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items have specific rules:

  • Perishable Goods: Fresh fruits or items with a very short shelf life cannot be returned once opened.

  • Personal Care: Opened bottles of Apricot or Almond oil cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
